Meet One Of The Faces Behind Sympl Clean
I’m Jose Bautista, the proud co-owner of Sympl Clean.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
I worked as a cleaner during my teenage years, and I recognized the immense opportunity within this industry. I fell in love with the idea of starting my own business as it was a long-term dream.
Fortunately, my business partner, Christian Cedillos, had his cleaning contracts since 1999. In 2009, we decided to join forces and amalgamate our clients and start what is now Sympl Clean. At that time, we were known as CJ Industrial Cleaning.
Back then, it was just Christian and me cleaning and doing most of the work. Over time, we were blessed with the opportunity of growth, and now we have an amazing team and a wonderful relationship with our new and existing clients.
Witnessing the growth of our business has been the most enjoyable part of work. It is also rewarding to know that on a nightly basis, we completely transform our clients’ offices and facilities. There is a sense of fulfillment and pride when we deliver our clients a completely clean space every morning when they walk through their doors.
As a business, I believe it is our philosophy that sets us apart from most other cleaning companies. Our philosophy is clear communication, conveying, and consistency. This applies to both our clients and our staff. Everyone claims to be the best cleaners, but they fail to listen and apply what their clients and staff are communicating. Communication is key in this industry. It trickles into educating staff and clients and conveying important information about services, solutions, and ideas. Our dedication to being consistent in these areas is of the utmost importance for the success of our company.
Our success can be attributed not only to our philosophy of communicating, conveying, and consistency but also to our values of always remaining integral and honest with our clients.
When we are not at work, Christian and I enjoy a shared hobby, which is fishing in the outdoors. Though we do not get much time for it, we try to carve time for it at least once a year. We also always support charitable foundations for children and families fighting sicknesses and illnesses in the local areas.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way we do business.
